Q- Do I have to shower before my massage appointment?

A-If you are dirty from your job/work out etc, please make sure you are clean for your massage appointment. Showering a couple of hours before your appointment with warm water is encouraged.

Q- What oil do you use as my skin is sensitive/ I have allergies?

A- I use Johnsons as it has no fragrance and is suitable for all skin types and rarely provokes any allergic reactions. An allergy test will be administered before each massage treatment for your safety.

Q- Are the towels used during my massage treatment clean?

A- The towels used are changed after each client and washed. I use paper roll for a base on the massage bed as it can easily be discarded and replaced.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q-Will anybody be able to come into the room whilst I am having treatment?
A- No, the door will be closed and locked. The windows are covered for your privacy.

Q- Are all of your bookings taken online?
A- Yes, all bookings are taken online- simply click the book now button on the main page to select an appointment.

Q- How will I feel the next day?
A- Your muscles may feel slightly sore the next day due to the deep pressure of the massage treatment.A hot shower/bath can ease this feeling and it will fade after 24-48 hours.

Q- How many sessions will I need?
A-Each clients needs are different, some clients may need weekly treatments depending on the level of intensity of their exercise routine/job. Whereas some clients may have a massage every 4-6 weeks if they are doing less intense activities. It all depends on your individual lifestyle, job, potential injury, training programme and body.

Q- Can I get a Sports Massage if I do not play sport?
A- Absolutely! You do not have to be an athlete/ gym goer to have a treatment.

Q- I have had a last minute emergency and have to cancel my appointment. Do I still need to pay in full?
A- Yes, per to my terms and conditions page all cancellations which are not 72 hours prior to your treatment will be payable in full and not refunded.

Q- Can I bring a friend or relative with me to my appointment?
A- Yes, one person of your choosing is allowed in the room with you whilst you have your treatment session.
